Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Structure Analysis Engineer to support A350 ramp up, with focus on stress non‑conformity validation. This position is part of our Structure Fuselage Customer Support team (1AFSOC) based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a multi‑skills team supporting serial production activity (Concession T400 / QSR) mainly focused on A350 fuselage composite shells, as well as supporting in‑service activity (Tech Request Management) while providing safety assessment (Occurrence), with technical competencies at the heart of our organization.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to enlarge your technical background on other activities aiming to ensure the safe operability of Airbus aircraft with respect to structural integrity and engineering definition.

Responsibilities
- Support T400 concession activity on Section 15 Center fuselage.
- Work in a multi‑programs team, contribute to other A350 perimeter in‑service support activity.
- Involved in engineering topics related to Section 15 workpackage.
- Drive stress margin mitigations when necessary.
- Ensure delivery of time, cost and quality of deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to regulations, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines.
- Transfer knowledge to junior profiles and capitalize their learning.
- This position may require short travel to the production site and/or engineering office a few times per year.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5‑10 years of professional experience.
- Good stress knowledge on composite and metallic structures (ISAMI internal AIRBUS method & tools; DFEM experience is a plus). F&DT basic knowledge desired.
- Have a T400 approval delegation, or several years of T300 experience on A350 composite and metallic structures.
- Very good English communication and relational skills are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of concession processes (T400) and repair principle is necessary.
- Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
