Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a EWIS and ESN certification Specialist (f/m) to join our Chief Engineering & Architecture department based in Toulouse , France.You will be part of a team developing complex electrical interconnection and data network architectures (EWIS). As part of the architecture team, you will be involved in EWIS system definition and certification aiming at securing regulatory compliance and technical integrity of the power distribution platform.Your working environment: Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. - Define EWIS and ESN architectures by designing power distribution and data communication platforms in line with aircraft requirements.
- Demonstrate regulatory compliance of the architecture against certification standards and define safety margin policies.
- Lead the validation and verification plan , including real or virtual testing strategies and system modeling.
- Manage design change impact analyses across the entire product lifecycle to ensure continuous airworthiness.
- Proven experience in electrical architecture or systems engineering , preferably within the aerospace industry, with strong knowledge of certification regulations and modeling tools.
- Stakeholder Management : A natural ability to connect and collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders within an international and multicultural environment.
- Technical Pedagogy : Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-experts to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Constructive Assertiveness : A proactive mindset to challenge the status quo and defend technical or regulatory positions with conviction.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, essential for seamless technical coordination and high-level regulatory interactions.
