Role Overview

A global luxury brand seeks a Food & Beverage Director for its 5* luxury resort in French Polynesia, comprising several restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on management and oversight of the entire F&B division.
• Lead and train the F&B team.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
• Ensure guest‑centric operations across all venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of resort experience with diversified F&B background in restaurant and banquet operations.
• Experience with recognized luxury brands or Leading Hotels of the World standard properties.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication and leadership skills.
