A global luxury brand seeks a Food & Beverage Director for their 5* luxury resort in French Polynesia, with several restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. This role is ideal for a professional eager to join a progressive, large international hospitality group.
**Experience Requirements**Minimum five years of resort experience with a diversified F&B background in restaurant and banquet operations. Proven experience with a recognized luxury brand or a property meeting the Independent Leading Hotels of the World standard is required.
**Key Responsibilities**• Oversee the entire F&B division of the resort• Manage and lead all F&B teams, ensuring high service standards• Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency across restaurants, bars, and banquet services• Maintain a keen focus on detail and guest experience
**Qualifications**• Strong leadership and training skills• Excellent communication abilities in both French and English• Guest‑centric mindset with an aptitude for luxury service
**Compensation**Generous salary plus service charge, accommodation, annual bonus, annual airfare, and full executive benefits. Single status preferred.
