6 month Internship - Sovereign Advisory, Financial Restructuring Group

Internship Specifications
We are seeking applicants for a six‑month internship position based in Paris, starting in July or September 2026, to support the fast‑growing Sovereign Advisory team within the Financial Restructuring Group.
Scope And Responsibilities
Interns will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and will learn through close collaboration with experienced bankers. Duties include:
- Preparing presentation materials and conducting macro‑financial analyses and market updates
- Supporting analytical work and financial modelling, including debt sustainability analyses and restructuring models
- Carrying out general research in support of the team’s advisory activities
- Providing day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to the team in connection with ongoing mandates
Candidate Profile And Qualifications
We are seeking high‑potential Master’s‑level students who demonstrate:
- A strong academic record
- Prior professional experience in finance and/or economics, preferably with exposure to sovereign or public‑sector related topics
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal (fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Spanish is highly valued; Arabic or Russian would be an additional asset)
- A genuine interest in emerging markets and public‑sector related issues
- The ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment, combined with a strong work ethic
- Must be available to start the internship between July and September 2026
