Job Description

Position and missions: You are joining our Structured Commodity Financing department in the Global Banking division, which is looking for a Commodity Structured Finance Analyst for an internship of 6 months from July 2026.

The team serves a wide range of global commodity exporters, commodity traders and integrated producers by offering a broad range of products including pre-export finance, prepayment and other structured finance.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Prepare internal credit notes for new transactions (due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling).
• Participate in the preparation of pitches and other business proposals.
• Assist team members in all phases of origination, structuring, and execution of transactions.
• Ensure the transition of transactions with the team in charge of portfolio management.

During your internship you will interact with many departments of the Bank, including Country and Credit Risk, Mining Engineering, Environmental & Societal Risk, Syndication, Legal, Compliance, and others.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Current BAC +4/5 level student preparing a diploma from an engineering school, business school or university with a specialization in Finance.
• Good knowledge of financial analysis and interest in commodity finance.
• Rigorous and strong command of Excel.
• First experience in credit analysis or banking is a plus.
• Perfect fluency in English.
