3PL Supplier Procurement Director

• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize long-term strategic procurement plans covering European warehousing, FTL/LTL trucking, and last-mile courier services, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business growth objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end process of supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding. Deeply explore and integrate underlying transportation resources (FTL/LTL), warehousing assets, and last-mile networks to build a comprehensive, resilient, and cost-competitive logistics supplier ecosystem.
• Lead complex negotiations with core suppliers across warehousing, trucking, and last-mile scenarios on long-term agreements, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and payment terms, driving overall cost optimization and service quality improvement.
• Establish and continuously improve a systematic supplier management framework, including performance evaluation, tiered management, and incentive mechanisms, to drive ongoing enhancements in supplier service capabilities across all procurement categories.
• Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of European logistics market trends (warehousing, trucking, last-mile), regulatory changes, and industry risks. Proactively adjust procurement strategies and propose effective risk mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and other departments to coordinate procurement resources across multiple logistics scenarios, ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end logistics supply chain.

About You

• 8–10+ years of experience in integrated logistics procurement across Europe, covering warehousing, trucking, and last-mile courier services.
• Deep industry expertise and in-depth insight into the European contract logistics market; a broad and high-quality local supplier network, including underlying trucking resources, warehousing providers, and last-mile carriers.
• Proven track record of successful strategic procurement planning and execution across multiple logistics categories, with measurable achievements in cost optimization and supplier ecosystem development. Excellent capabilities in complex negotiations and contract management.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
