We have ambitious plans and are looking for a 2D/3D Motion Designer in Paris/London.

About the Role:

As a 2D/3D Motion Designer, you will be responsible for visualizing brand messages into creative content, enhancing brand visibility and recognition across channels. If you are interested in sports and betting, your creativity and skills will be fully expressed here.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop innovative concepts.
2. Design and create 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
3. Synchronize visuals with audio and voiceover tracks.
4. Prepare all animation elements for compositing, delivering in set formats.
5. Maintain consistency across all design elements.
6. Enhance animations with special effects during post-production.
7. Manage video creation from concept through storyboarding to animation.
8. Storyboard scripts, animations, and visual images for explainer videos.
9. Integrate images and characters into background graphics.
10. Produce various animated/motion graphics.
11. Modify existing motion graphic assets as needed.
12. Ensure timely delivery of animations meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics/animation.
2. Strong understanding of animation principles.
3. Ability to follow style guidelines and ensure consistency.
4. Experience creating infographics (desired).
5. Ability to visualize abstract concepts.
6. Drawing skills and artistic mindset.
7. High organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Knowledge of content trends and best practices.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal errors.

Software & Tools:

1. Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Flash, Freehand).
2. Toon Boom Harmony.
3. Experience with 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, ZBrush (preferred).
