Job Summary
As a 2027 Corporate & Investment Bank - Global Corporate Banking Program – Mid-Cap - Off-Cycle Internship (January-June or July-December) in Paris within JPMorgan Chase, you will work alongside senior Bankers to develop Investment Banking deliverables, including marketing materials for live transactions and pitch books. You will prepare credit approval packages, build financial models, and conduct research on clients and markets. A core part of your role will involve analysing lending requests from clients and prospects, collaborating with credit underwriting teams on in-depth due diligence, structuring, and documentation of credit proposals. Beyond analytical work, you will play an integral part in helping the team originate, manage, and strengthen client relationships across France, in close coordination with the senior Bankers based in Paris.
Job Responsibilities
- Work alongside bankers and product partners to execute transactions from initial pitch through marketing to close
- Prepare marketing materials for client meetings covering financing alternatives, strategic options, and industry analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support financing and investment banking transactions
- Draft internal memos and briefings for senior Management and decision-making committees
- Support the assessment of deal profitability and alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives
- Assist senior bankers and product partners in managing key client relationships, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive business opportunities
- Support origination efforts by helping identify and develop new revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients
- Contribute to country-level reporting and data management
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full breadth of J.P. Morgan's products and service offerings
Required Qualifications

- Fluency in English and French
- Expected graduation date between January 2027 and December 2028
Preferred Qualifications
- Being on track for a United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in your undergraduate studies
