Odigo is one of France’s leading SaaS players, recognized worldwide in the Customer Experience market. Our platform, powered by AI, handles over 3 billion conversations a year.

We are expanding our R&D team and are looking for 20 backend developers (Software Engineers) to join our cross‑disciplinary squads (Product Owner, Product Manager, UX, QA, Developers). You will work on the core component of the Odigo solution and participate in its functional and technical evolutions, maintenance, and performance/robustness/scalability projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical decisions for future enhancements.
• Develop new features.
• Handle corrective maintenance for the relevant application module.
• Engage in Agile rhythm rituals.
• Define automated tests for the developed module.
• Contribute to automation to ensure reliable and fast deployments.
• Improve operability in collaboration with operations and security teams.

Locations: Issy‑les‑Moulineaux (92), Montpellier (34), Lyon (69) or Rouen (76).
