1LoD AML & Transaction Monitoring Specialist

Merge is hiring a 1LoD Transaction Monitoring Specialist to support ongoing monitoring of fiat and stablecoin flows. You will screen customers and counterparties, review sanctions screening hits, and investigate and escalate transaction monitoring alerts.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into broader Compliance or Compliance Operations roles, with collaboration across Operations and Payments teams. KYB/KYC experience is a plus.
