About the job Store Retail Category Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and overall management of the store.
• Take responsibility for achieving store business objectives by monitoring performance metrics, analyzing operational data, and implementing timely action plans.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and high engagement.

• Support new store openings with comprehensive training support.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to align learning strategies with business objectives. Category Operation Category Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute category operation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams for product launches and campaigns.
• Track category performance and provide insights to improve sales and profitability.
