Job Details

Location: La Roche sur Yon – District 85Contract type: CDD 6 months (replacement of maternity leave)Duration: mid‑March to mid‑SeptemberSalary: 30 000‑35 000 € per year, paid over 13 months

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and support clients (farmers, agricultural cooperatives, resellers).
• Identify technical needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage requests: quotations, technical information, product availability, and order tracking.
• Act as liaison with the workshop, field sales teams, and suppliers.
• Participate in product promotion and maintain the counter/museum area.
• Answer inbound calls and follow up with clients as needed.
• Track activity in the internal commercial tool.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the agricultural environment, machinery, maintenance or experience with an agricultural dealership network.
• Ideally, prior experience in a similar role: desk‑based, customer service, technical‑commercial or technical support.
• Relational skills, customer‑service orientation, and passion for client contact.
• Ability to understand technical needs, interpret product information, and provide precise advice.
• Organised, autonomous, responsive and team‑spirit.
