Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data Engineering Specialist (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.

Department Overview

The French Technical Data Airframe department offers a wide view on Aircraft Structure. It interfaces directly with the Design Office that manages the airframe design and evolution, documents their impact in the manuals, supports customers who are operating and maintaining aircraft, and contributes to aircraft deliveries by furnishing the technical data on time and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure delivery of documentation content (creation and updates) in accordance with specifications, contractual commitments, approved schedules, quality standards, safety rules and within budget objectives.
• Do internal preparation and authoring of technical manuals.
• Ensure team support on internal authoring activities (update/creation of AMM/TSM/CMM tasks).
• Analyze and collect Design Office source data to define the impact on AMM, TSM and CMMm data delivered to airlines (Service Bulletin, Modification Proposal, Concession...).
• Launch the activities to subcontractors in charge of the technical data authoring.
• Steer and support the subcontracted activities and check the quality of the deliveries.
• Ensure customer efficient support by answering customer queries related to airlines, maintenance centre, delivery centre and implementation of documentation changes when necessary.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of technical background in aeronautics.
• Ability to follow‑up activities.
• Customer‑minded.
• Good team player and good organisational skills.
• Dynamic, proactive and positive mindset.
• English advanced level (C1).

Preferred Skills

• Aircraft configuration management concept.
• SAP tool.
• Airframe knowledge.

Security Clearance

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
