Tech Contracts Counsel — IT, Cloud & Data Privacy

Murex is seeking an IT Legal Counsel in Paris to provide day-to-day legal support for internal stakeholders, mainly the IT Product Sourcing team. You will draft, review, and negotiate various IT agreements, including software licenses and cloud services contracts. A law degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT/IP law are required, alongside excellent English skills. You will also advise on compliance, data protection, and contribute to corporate legal matters within a diverse team.
