We are looking for a hands‑on Team Lead to build and guide our Digital Workplace & Cybersecurity delivery team in France while remaining active on client engagements. You will balance people leadership, delivery excellence, and portfolio growth: coaching consultants, ensuring quality and margin, and personally leading or contributing to projects (advisory, implementation, and adoption) across Microsoft 365—covering collaboration, Endpoint/Intune, identity, security & compliance, Change management and Copilot‑enabled scenarios.
What you will do:
Team Leadership & Operations (70%)
- Lead and develop a team of Digital Workplace consultants in France: hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance & growth plans, and role clarity in line with our Services career framework.
- Plan capacity & staffing for projects (billable mix, skill alignment, bench management), partnering with PMO and regional resource managers.
- Drive delivery excellence : ensure standard ways‑of‑working, templates, documentation discipline, and quality controls that align with our Services handbooks and methods (e.g., assessment > design > implement > adopt > operate).
- Financial stewardship : monitor utilization, CM1/CM%, change‑control hygiene, and forecasting accuracy (MTU rhythm), escalating risks early; contribute to quarterly delivery reviews.
- Practice maturation : maintain a clear backlog of improvements (tooling, blueprints, accelerators, playbooks); socialize lessons learned across France and West EMEA communities.
- Culture & engagement : foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports knowledge sharing, mentoring, and cross‑country teaming.
- Lead or contribute to advisory and implementation engagements across Microsoft 365 (Entra/Identity, Exchange/Teams/SharePoint, Endpoint/Intune, Security & Compliance including Purview, Copilot readiness/adoption) or a specific domain (one of the above).
- Own outcomes : clarify scope and success metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with measurable customer impact.
- Evolve the portfolio : identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and feed client insights into our offers and roadmaps; support pre‑sales (scoping, estimates, SoW inputs, solution reviews).
- Reports directly to the ServiceLine Lead West EMEA DWP & Cybersecurity and collaborates closely with country leadership, PMO/Resource Management and Sales.
- Works cross‑border with practice leads to share patterns, assets, and capacity.
Job Requirements
- Proven consulting track record (5–8+ years) delivering Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace solutions in enterprise or upper‑midmarket environments.
- People leadership experience (formal or matrix): coaching, performance feedback, setting standards, and guiding multi‑consultant deliveries.
- Strong command of at least two of the following domains:
- Microsoft 365 core (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Endpoint Management (Intune), Windows 10/11, Autopilot
- Entra ID (identity, conditional access, SSO, hybrid join)
- Security & Compliance (Defender suite, Purview—DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk)
- Collaboration & adoption programs (champions, MAU growth, Copilot enablement)
- Bilingual: French (native/near‑native) and English (professional). Client meetings typically in French; internal collaboration, templates, and governance often in English.
- Delivery discipline: scope control, change management (commercial), documentation, and stakeholder communication.
