STELLANTIS &YOU DISTRIGO EUROPE Demand Planning Manager
The position manages accurate PARTS forecasts by analyzing sales, market trends, and business intelligence to guarantee the right stock availability at the right time while minimizing costs. Key responsibilities include leading the S&OP process, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, optimizing forecast models, and monitoring Stock and Service Rate KPIs. Cross‑functionally, the role supports and coaches a European team of Ops Managers and replenishment planners to improve active stock levels, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.
Activities
- Project manager for S&Y Distrigo parts stock demand planning app (APS by AZAP) and return portal (BLEAF by BIP), overseeing system updates, upgrades, migrations, requirement collection, prioritization, planning, milestone tracking, steering committee support, and reliable execution.
- Monitor the evolution of stock and procurement budgets, database applications, and collaborate with editors and developers in the Stellantis IT Division.
- Identify issues, engage the appropriate stakeholders, facilitate resolutions, and coordinate with providers to animate solutions.
- Data management: create data reporting dashboards for KPI and hub comparison.
- Develop and coordinate new applications, facilitating automation to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor and share best practices to enhance the performance of the S&Y Distrigo hubs.
Results to Reach
- Meet project goals and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Increase service rate while respecting inventory budgets, commercial policies, and efficiencies; monitor scrap actions and parts returns to suppliers.
- Control shared IT evolution budgets.
Profile
Initial Training & Work Experience
- Master in Engineering, Logistics, or IT + 10 years of experience.
- OR Bachelor degree + 2 years university degree + 10 years of experience.
- Experience in data management, project management in SP and/or IT projects, logistics, aftersales activity, or SP hub operations.
Technical Skills
- Automotive SP distribution & after‑sales activities.
- Concepts of SP business.
- Project management.
- Principles of Stellantis demand planning, order processing, claims management, and WHS management.
- Data analyst with a statistical background.
- Data manager: KPI database management with Excel, Access, Power BI, and Business Objects.
- Knowledge and experience in Stellantis/S&Y parts DMS & WHS systems is a plus.
