IMDS is a global medical device company based in Roden, Netherlands, dedicated to improving the patient outcomes of percutaneous coronary interventions. Since October 1st 2025, IMDS has made a strategic shift from a distribution-based model to a direct sales approach across multiple countries in Europe, South Africa and the USA. This transition presents a rare opportunity to be part of a pivotal evolution, contributing to the establishment of a strong direct presence and shaping the future of our commercial operations.
This is in this exciting context that we are recruiting a Sales Territory Manager based in Paris/IDF to cover North West part of France including Paris & IDF.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for growing and monitoring sales in a large geographical area. Your mission goes beyond sales: it's a strategic advisory role where understanding customer needs, mastering clinical products and data (CRM) and acquiring new customers are essential. You will develop a consultative sales strategy and build lasting partnerships, with the aim of growing IMDS's market position.
Your Mission & Impact
- Accelerate sales growth by expanding business in existing centers and opening new intervention sites. Apply best practices in segmentation and targeting to optimize the potential of each account
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify and engage key stakeholders (interventional cardiologists, nurses, pharmacies, …).
- Manage commercial offers and contracts: Experience in managing tenders and commercial negotiations with key players in the sector.
- KOL support: Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your area in product promotion and support initiatives
- Manager your sales activity thru CRM tools for structured follow-up.
- Analyze and adjust your sales performance and customer visits according to market needs and Group sales guidelines. Maintain a competitive watch to share insights with marketing teams
- Support physicians and healthcare professionals in optimizing adoption and use of our medical devices.
- Represent the company at industry events: conferences, congresses, and networking sessions.
- Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and fun!

Who You Are
- Several years of commercial experience in medical devices in cardiology, ideally in interventional cardiology. Passion for client development and acquiring new accounts
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent negotiation skills, analytical mindset, ability to manage complexity and generate results in a demanding environment.

- Digital Mastery and CRM: Expertise in using data and CRM tools to optimize performance and support sales strategy.
