As a Cloud Sales Specialist, your main responsibility is to help partners and customers understand the benefits and capabilities of Adobe cloud offerings. In addition to this, you will manage the relationship with other vendors that complement the dynamic portfolio of ALSO in France.
Responsibilities
- Help partners and customers understand the benefits and capabilities of Adobe cloud offerings and manage relationships with other vendors that complement the dynamic portfolio.
- Act as the main relay of Adobe offers and other Cloud offers (Kapersky, Vadesecure, Bititan, AirSlate, etc.) to support resellers and partners in the Cloud transition.
- Develop the business line with existing and new customers by implementing appropriate strategies.
- Build good relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers' business, business and technology needs, including their concepts and strategies.
- Make visible to partners what ALSO can bring and the benefits we offer to partners.
- Understand the portfolio of solutions at ALSO and provide solutions to customers using the available portfolio.
- Facilitate webinars and workshops.
- Provide training to partners and internal staff.
Qualifications
- Business mindset, thrives on daily interaction with customers.
- Ability to understand and define business/technology requirements of partners and customers, turning them into business cases, and promote existing solutions to new customers.
- Excellent collaboration skills to engage with others and solve challenges.
- Education in engineering, sales or business.
- Mastery of discourse within the marketplace and experience in IT (knowledge of main players in the IT world).
- Good sales skills, analytical, structured, communicative, and relationship-oriented personality.
- Strong potential for adaptation, cooperation, and creation of good solutions.
- Good level of English to maintain conversations with vendors.
