We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Toulouse.
Responsibilities :As a Sales Manager, you will manage a customer portfolio and drive the development of our activities, particularly those related to **aircraft transition support**.
- You will be the sales focal for some customers to propose the full scope of Sabena technics portfolio,
- In addition, you will be the leading the sales actions for all customers related to A/C transition support
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through customer visits, prospecting, and event participation.
- Maintaining strong customer intimacy at all organizational levels.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and proper follow‐up of actions.
- Preparing and coordinating responses to RFQs/RFPs with internal teams.
- Negotiating and drafting contracts in line with legal and corporate guidelines.
- Participating in industry events and strengthening your professional network.
- Monitoring competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing regular reporting to your management and sharing key insights with internal stakeholders.
- Traveling approximately 30% of your time.

Experience in aircraft transition activities is highly appreciated.

- Excellent English skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to meet targets.
