The Role
By qualifying and nurturing leads, establishing appointments for the Account Executives, and generating new business prospects, you will play a crucial part in your role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Zvolv. Your aggressive outreach initiatives and capacity to clearly convey Zvolv’s value proposition will be crucial in fostering the expansion of the business. A highly motivated and results-oriented person is needed to join our vibrant sales team.
Responsibilities And Duties
- To produce and qualify leads, engage in outbound prospecting activities including cold phoning, emailing, and social selling.
- Engage prospective clients to comprehend their needs as a business and find areas where Zvolv’s solutions might be beneficial.
- Effectively explain to prospects Zvolv’s value proposition and product offers.
- Develop focused outreach initiatives in close cooperation with account executives, and plan follow-up actions.
- Manage all prospecting activity and customer interactions in the CRM system, keeping accurate and current records of each.
- To present Zvolv’s solutions effectively, conduct research and keep up with market circumstances, competitors, and industry developments.
- Attend conferences and events in your industry to network and generate leads.
- Obtain and surpass quarterly and monthly lead generating goals.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a comparable subject.
Preferred Skills And Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to instantly engage prospects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to pinpoint consumer problems and match them with Zvolv’s remedies.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a desire for attaining and going above and beyond objectives.
- The capacity to operate productively in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and CRM software.
- A successful track record in generating leads or developing sales, ideally in the technology or software sector.
- English fluency is necessary; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
