Position Overview

We are looking for a Responsable DAO/SIG based in Lyon (Dardilly) to strengthen our study office. The role reports to the Responsable de Territoire and balances technical missions (80%) and team support (20%). Responsibilities include ensuring quality of DAO/SIG deliverables, data consistency, and service operation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and control DAO/SIG deliverables for supplementary investigations and patrimonial detection.
• Integrate and maintain SIG/DAO data.
• Ensure quality control of finalized dossiers.
• Improve internal procedures and work methods.
• Provide technical assistance on DAO/SIG issues.
• Manage planning and workload distribution.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Act as technical reference for the team.
• Occasional participation in market launch meetings.
• Directly manage two collaborators.

Required Profile

Strong technical expertise in DAO/SIG and a desire to work in an operational and technical environment.

Must‑Know Skills

• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of SIG tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, or equivalent).

A prior experience in team coordination or coaching is preferable but we are open to junior managers.
