Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for hotel operations: planning, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results in all hotel departments. Leading and inspiring high performance in hotel teams, continuously evaluating and maintaining high‑quality service and efficient work processes. Ensuring the correct implementation of Meliá Hotels International procedures and policies, in line with strategic plans.
What are we looking for?
- One and a half years' experience as Resident Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Previous experience in 5-star leisure hotels.
- Ability to lead hotel operations with a strong focus on the guest, with great attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
- Dynamic person with a host profile and ability to lead teams.
- Proven ability in Human Resources Management and Talent Development.
- University degree, preferably in Tourism.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Geographical mobility.
