STALEKS is a global leader in professional beauty tools with a 30-year history and exports to over 90 countries. We are looking for an ambitious Business Developer to drive our expansion in the South and Central regions of France.

If you are a sales professional who speaks French and Ukrainian/Russian, and you are ready to conquer the beauty industry market — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Create and execute sales strategies for your territory.
  • Sales Growth: Meet targets and actively acquire new B2B clients.
  • Field Presence: Conduct meetings, negotiate deals, and represent Staleks at major industry trade shows.
  • Management: Monitor market trends and ensure timely payments and contract fulfillment.

What we expect from you

  • Location: Residence in the South or Central France.
  • Languages: Fluency in French AND Ukrainian (or Russian). English is a plus.
  • Experience: 1+ years in active B2B sales.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (frequent regional travel required).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, self-organization, and result-oriented mindset.
