L’Hôtel Courtyard Paris Gare de Lyon is located in the 12e arrondissement, a young and dynamic neighborhood.

Responsibilities
- Handle client arrivals (check-in), departures (check-out), billing, and concierge services.
- Present the hotel’s various services.
- Coordinate client information with relevant departments.
- Resolve client issues and complaints with the help of supervisors.
- Manage the “Market” located at the front desk and ensure it is fully stocked.
- Ensure proper functioning of the parking system.
- Answer phone calls using Courtyard standards.
- Manage the mail and message system.
- Receive and deliver parcels to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with client luggage when necessary.
- Operate client deposit safes.
- Help achieve department goals (upsell, enrollments, GSS).
- Use the computer system to its full extent, knowing credit limit, paid out, and billing procedures.
- Input all billing elements for a stay, verifying room number and guest name.
- Manage own cash register.
- Perform SST (Sauveteur, Secouriste du travail) and SSIAP1 duties after training and exam validation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in a reception role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attentive to guests.
- Team player.
- Proactive, organized, and meticulous.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with the Opera software is a plus.
- Preference for individuals who like the color yellow (optional).
