Job Description
As a Salesforce Project Director (M/F) , you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of one or more large-scale projects. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and business executives, you will ensure that projects remain aligned with business objectives, oversee program governance, and support teams in achieving expected outcomes.
- Define project strategy by aligning objectives, budgets, and roadmaps with business priorities and executive leadership expectations.
- Lead program governance through steering committees and executive-level governance bodies.
- Prioritize initiatives while balancing resource constraints, risks, and changing business requirements.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, ensuring their professional development and clear allocation of responsibilities.
- Oversee executive-level client relationships, including escalations, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure project profitability, delivery quality, and effective risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Engineering School, Business School, University, or equivalent).
- Significant experience (10+ years) leading complex projects or programs, ideally within a consulting firm or systems integrator environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives and strategic client accounts.
- Strong understanding of project and program governance models.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, multi-project, and/or international teams.
- Good knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the challenges associated with CRM and digital transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in financial management, risk management, and project performance oversight.
- Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
