Private Credit Associate | Direct Lending

Associate | Mid-Market Direct Lending | Paris

We are seeking an Associate to join a rapidly expanding Direct Lending platform with a dedicated focus on the French Mid-Market. You will support the growth of the French mid-market franchise, focusing on private credit solutions for sponsor-backed transactions.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years within Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, or Debt Advisory, specifically focusing on mid-market transactions.
• Advanced LBO and cash flow modeling skills with a deep understanding of debt structuring and credit documentation.
• Strong academic track record from a top-tier Business School or University.
• Native or bilingual fluency in both French and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct exhaustive fundamental credit analysis and financial modeling for new investment opportunities.
• Lead the drafting of high-quality investment committee materials in both French and English.
• Work closely with senior team members on due diligence, deal structuring, and legal closing processes.
• Perform quarterly reviews of portfolio companies, including covenant compliance and financial performance tracking.
