To meet our challenges we are looking for a Plant Production Supervisor within the Manufacturing team to be based at our Gokak unit. Purpose The purpose of Plant Production Supervisor is to ensure desired production is acheived as per the planned target within the existing resources. Their mission? The role ensures desired production output is achieved as per the plan by following laid down SOP's and safety standards to ensure optimum production is done without any safety incidents and excess use of resources beyond the alloted numbers. • To run the assigned shift operation Safely by observing and rectifying the unsafe act and unsafe condition.
• Ensure plant/Equipment/Personnel hygiene & Safety, House keeping and Food safety regulations.
• Adhere to daily management routines.
• Production planning, scheduling and cascading to shop floor.
• Co-ordinate and guide the Operators and Supervisors for better plant operation
• Achieving the daily, Monthly Production plan.
• Monitoring the process parameters and its adherence in all 3 shifts.
• Troubleshooting the process to avoid the downtime and to ensure continuous operation of plant.
