(english version below)
ADEO, WHO ARE WE?
ADEO is an international community of companies (Leroy Merlin, Weldom, Bricoman, etc.) of 110,000 leaders with a common ambition: to be useful to the world’s inhabitants.
At the group headquarters, our mission is to support our brands around the world. In a retail sector undergoing transformation, our ambition is to reinvent our usefulness to inhabitants and to take up the challenge of building the global housing platform.
The Omnicommerce Experience Challenge is a major contributor to achieving the ADEO project. We put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Thanks to data, we know each customer, so we can provide them with a 5-star Experience by defining the rig standards and the right brand strategy. An organisation that begins with the customer and Omnicommerce.
The Omnicommerce challenge ensures the overall consistency of the customer experience across all channels. It builds the right value proposition (the right product, at the right price, on the right channel). It plays the role of orchestra conductor, guiding the choices and standards of the other challenges in terms of the offering (1P/3P), market decisions, the delivery promise, pricing and the customer journey.
