We are looking for a driven and passionate National Account Manager – France for ZURU Toys.
Your role would be to set and lead the account strategy for major national customers. You own the relationship at senior level and are accountable for performance, profitability, and partnership quality.
You would operate as a strategic commercial leader, not just an executor.
You will make an impact by:
- Driving sustainable, profitable growth at scale
- Securing long-term strategic partnerships with senior retailers
- Translating global strategy into local market wins
- Raising standards across accounts and teams
Strong performance in this role is defined by scale, strategic influence, and leadership impact.
Strategic Account Leadership
- Own top-tier national and platform accounts end-to-end
- Lead top-to-top meetings and long-term joint business planning
- Set clear customer strategies aligned to EU and global priorities
Commercial Ownership
- Full accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability
- Lead pricing strategy, promotional architecture, and investment decisions
- Drive disciplined forecasting and demand planning
Leadership & Influence
- Lead and develop KAMs and JKAMs where applicable
- Act as a senior commercial voice within the local business
- Represent the market in EU and global forums
Execution at Scale
- Ensure flawless execution across large, complex retail organisations
- Translate strategy into execution with pace and clarity
- Drive accountability across cross‑functional teams
Skills & Experience
- 7–10+ years’ experience in national or strategic account management
- Proven delivery of large-scale retail growth
- Strong commercial judgement and P&L understanding
- Demonstrated people leadership and influence
