The Measurement team sits at the intersection of sophisticated data science and strategic storytelling, interpreting how advertising drives real-world action on the platform. Beyond simply reporting performance metrics, the team empowers advertisers to optimize their digital impact and build lasting, meaningful connections with their audiences. By transforming complex datasets into actionable narratives, the team helps brands navigate the evolving media landscape and drive sustainable behavior change.

The Measurement Partner serves as a strategic architect for a designated group of the platform's most prominent advertisers. In this capacity, the Measurement Partner leads the development of comprehensive measurement frameworks that evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of multi-million dollar investments. By acting as a trusted advisor, the Measurement Partner identifies growth opportunities and provides the evidentiary support needed for clients to scale their presence confidently.

Collaboration is central to the role. The Measurement Partner works together with key cross-functional teams - including Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Marketing - to ensure that clients and agencies receive best-in-class support and cutting-edge solutions. Success in this position requires a rare blend of rigorous analytical skill, curiosity, and a deep commitment to the empowerment of others. Within this rapidly expanding environment, the Measurement Partner remains focused on disciplined execution and data-driven thinking, ensuring that measurement remains a cornerstone of the platform's value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Partner primarily with performance advertisers and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform.
  • Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
  • Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in our product and partnership teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organisations, or measurement suppliers
  • Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, and Marketing Mix Modeling - cross-channel and for both app and web based advertisers
  • Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems
  • A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
  • Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
  • Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in both French and English are required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred or equivalent
  • A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
  • Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferred
  • Previous experience with the luxury retail or e-commerce sector is a plus
