About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Trainee/Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience across various marketing functions, providing valuable exposure to event coordination, digital marketing, content creation, and CRM management. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help deliver impactful campaigns and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Event Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events.
  • Support logistical coordination, including team registrations, preparation of event materials, and communication with participants.

Social Media

  • Create engaging visuals and copy for LinkedIn posts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support the scheduling and monitoring of social media activity.

Content Creation

  • Support the integration and promotion of marketing content across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as marketing and translation agencies.

Email Marketing

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of email campaigns.
  • Support list management and performance tracking.

Slide Deck Revamp

  • Update and enhance existing presentation materials to ensure visual consistency and clarity.
  • Apply branding elements.

Salesforce Management

  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of marketing-related information in Salesforce.
  • Support lead tracking and campaign tagging.

Daily Operational Tasks

  • Handle administrative tasks.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (LinkedIn).
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
