Your tasks and responsibilities
You define and execute the global theranostics strategy in alignment with the Radiopharma business objectives.
You identify, prioritize, and manage theranostics opportunities, including diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, new isotopes, and emerging technologies.
You develop long-term portfolio roadmaps and corresponding investment strategies.
You continuously monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
Manufacturing Network Development
You define requirements and specific considerations to develop a global manufacturing and supply network that supports theranostics programs.
You define the site strategy, capacity planning, and investment roadmap for theranostic products, ensuring close alignment and collaboration with technical operations, quality, and capital programs functions.
You ensure that manufacturing capabilities effectively support both clinical trial and commercial supply requirements.
You align the network design with regulatory, quality, and logistical constraints.
Business Development & Partnerships
You lead business development activities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic partners.
You position Siemens Healthineers Radiopharma as a CDMO and strategic partner for theranostics development and manufacturing.
You structure and negotiate agreements for clinical trials and commercial supply.
You support due diligence processes, valuation activities, and contract negotiations.
You develop and manage business cases, financial models, and investment proposals.
You define pricing strategies and commercial frameworks for partnerships.
You monitor financial performance, including revenue, margin, and return on investment.
You support budgeting processes and long-term financial planning.
Your qualifications and experience
You hold an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
You bring many years of substantial experience in radiopharmaceuticals, oncology, nuclear medicine, or related industries, including exposure to radioligand therapy development.
You have strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing, clinical development, and radiopharmaceutical supply chains.
You possess strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen, including expertise in business case development and deal negotiations.
You are able to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
