Context
The S&EM Back Office Department is looking for a permanent contract within the Trading Support team. You will manage day‑to‑day operations on gas, power, oil and emission trades.
Role
- Reconcile and validate deals.
- Issue and match Deal Confirmations.
- Manage invoices.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other support functions to improve trading floor activities understanding.
- Cooperate with other departments.
- Handle requests received in the mailbox.
- Manage unpaid items.
- Optimize operational processes.
- Develop reporting and relevant indicators to monitor activity.
- Monitor implementation of internal audit recommendations.
- Contribute to the standardisation, security and digitalisation of operational processes.
- Write and update procedures, operating methods, training materials, etc.
- Collaborate daily with internal clients (Finance, FO, BP), accounting, IT teams and the entities that provide data for invoicing and deal validation.
Hard skills
- Client focus and willingness to interact extensively with Sales, Trading, Market Risk and Finance.
- Organised and detail oriented.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and information systems; a very good knowledge of VBA is appreciated.

Qualifications
- Education level: Master I/II in Business, Finance, Economics or Science.
- Experience: Junior (less than 3 years).
- Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master, MBA).
- Languages: French, English.
