Inside Sales Specialist (maternity leave replacement) - France

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Europe, the Inside Sales' main responsibility is to support and collaborate with account managers in the sales development process and therefore:
- Contact existing software users in France to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects and transfer them to account managers
- Assist account managers in scheduling customer meetings
- Update company database to ensure data integrity including opportunities and contacts during telephone conversations
- Assist Account Managers in contacting customers to increase participation in various events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.) with the support of the European Operations team.
- Perform any other tasks that may contribute to the Sales Department's improvement, development and sales growth
This position reports functionally to the Lead Coordinator, Direct Sales, based in Quebec City, Canada, and requires occasional travel to customer events in France and Europe.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
- Demonstrate a strong ability to establish good relationships with customers
- Possess excellent communication skills, particularly by telephone and email
- Be able to negotiate and positively influence
- Be comfortable using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
- Have strong organizational skills
- Possess a good level of spoken and written English
