Inside Sales Representative – NCAB Group France
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our French branch. The role involves technical analysis of customer enquiries, preparing and sending quotations, following up on quotations, negotiating prices and commercial terms, finalising sales and recording orders, building loyalty among existing customers, maintaining close relationships with customers and production facilities, and contributing to sales development alongside the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Technical analysis of customer enquiries
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Following up on quotations, negotiating prices and commercial terms within the defined framework
- Finalising sales and recording orders
- Building loyalty among existing customers
- Maintaining close relationships with customers and production facilities
- Contributing to sales development alongside the sales team
Qualifications
- Initial experience in B2B sales
- Independent, detail‑oriented, and team‑playing
- Good command of IT tools
- Proficient in English
Job Details
- Contract type: Fixed‑term, 35 hours per week during daytime Monday to Friday, with possibility of permanent contract
- Health insurance covered by the employer (100%)
- Option for partial remote working
