Ingénieur Etudes Système CVC/PLB CFO/CFA H/F

Fayat Energie Services, part of the FAYAT Group, specializes in energy and digital solutions across various sectors. The role is based in Nanterre la Défense, linked to the Ligne 15 project.

Responsibilities

1. Verification, review, provision, and update of entries to the design office (BET).
2. Update of the forecast document lists and shuttle status for their scope.
3. Manage exchanges between different design offices (if applicable).
4. Prepare meeting minutes with design offices, action tracking tables, TS follow‑up, and evolution tracking tables.
5. Validate (VAC or VSO) execution study documents by external control.
6. Coordinate with works, especially regarding execution methods of studied works and work parts.
7. Coordinate with MOE technical teams to obtain the VISA of execution studies.
8. Manage MOE VISA and OCTA commentaries.
9. Systematically respond to all MOE VISA and OCTA comments.
10. Manage evolution of entries and factual updates, including the production or verification of adaptation sheets, modification sheets, Q&A sheets needed for the continuation of the works.

Additional tasks

• Consider OS and other modification sheets from MOE or MOA, and add necessary reservations if required.
• Document tracking on GED and weekly update of shuttle states, and share execution document validation status with works.
• Manage the progress of their design offices (planning and costs).

Liaisons

• Report to the Project Director.
• Supervise subcontractors in the EXE and REA phases.
• Request expertise within the organization to handle complex topics and technical arbitrations.
• Use control bodies (CT, OCTA, etc.) for external validation of deliverables.

Education & Experience

Engineer in Electrotechnics or Thermics.

5 to 10 years of experience. Knowledge of the Grand Paris context is a plus.

Technical skills

Network sizing, contractual and technical subcontractor management.

Soft skills

Adaptability, communication, diplomacy within the consortium.

Telework

After 6 months of seniority (1 day per week).

Remuneration & Benefits

Approx. 45k EUR, company mutuelle, CSE, 13th month and 30% vacation bonus.
