Job Title- Infrastructure Operational Compliance & Security Engineer
Location- Paris, France
Hybrid mode- 3 days week (Work from client location)
Language - French + English
Years of relevant experience: 5+
Overview:
Ensure operational resiliency across critical IT systems and processes. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and improving infrastructure resilience, managing incidents, and implementing compliance and security standards in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate dedicated IT systems for resiliency
- Maintain and implement technical evolutions for these systems
- Manage changes to business applications in relation to security and resiliency
- Implement security and compliance standards across infrastructure
- Automate remediation and compliance evidence processes
- Strengthen infrastructure resilience and disaster recovery capabilities
- Document architecture and operational processes
- Develop tools for automation and compliance
- Lead change management for operational entities (including offshore teams)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service continuity
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong of operational compliance, security and resiliency frameworks
- Expertise in Unix/Linux systems administration
- Experience with automation tools and scripting
- Incident management (Level 2 and 3)
- Experience with ITIL best practices
Appreciated Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments
- Security standards implementation (NIST, CIS Benchmark)
- Change management experience
- Documentation best practices
- Effective communication in French and English
