HR Development officer

Responsibilities

Your role will mainly consist of leading the management of training, recruitment, and temporary work.

• Deployment and monitoring of the skills development plan, organization of training sessions, and related reporting.
• Involved in the entire recruitment process—briefing to selection—monitoring recruitment reports and managing recruitment administration on the Dayforce tool for the MCC Label Group processes.
• Ensure coordination of the interim activity in liaison with managers and agencies, ensuring contract compliance and administrative follow‑up for the three sites.
• Participate in HR projects such as implementation of digital tools, process improvement, production of HR reports, internal communication on HR topics, and regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance of practices.

Fixed‑term contract position, 35 hours, remuneration over 13 months, participation, profit‑sharing, meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR development (training, recruitment, temporary work).
• Experience working in a subsidiary of a large group, understanding the stakes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and HR software (ATS, HRIS, talent management systems, etc.).
• Recognized organizational skills, discretion, and rigor in monitoring processes and projects.
• Ability to work with different teams and operate autonomously.
• Fluent in French and competent in English.
