Head of Last Mile – France

We are seeking a capable and entrepreneurial Head of Last Mile – France to lead the setup, development, and management of last mile delivery operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement last mile delivery strategies tailored to the French market.
• Establish and optimize nationwide parcel delivery operations, either through in-house teams or strategic partners.
• Define KPIs for cost, speed, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and manage local delivery teams and/or partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across warehouse, tech, customer service, and e-commerce business units.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation, labor, and safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in last-mile delivery performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery operations in France.
• Proven leadership in building or managing parcel delivery networks.
• Strong familiarity with the last-mile ecosystem, regulatory environment, and customer expectations in France.
• Experience in leading logistics or parcel delivery companies is preferred.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in French and English.
