Job Summary
Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine, transitioning from founder‑led marketing to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Hands‑on growth leader, testing hypotheses, launching channels, and leading the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch offer‑market fit.
- Identify segments where offers work.
- Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
- Architect funnels and campaigns; oversee implementation.
- Set up tracking and ensure machine works before scaling budget.
- Relentless CRO & A/B testing – design, launch, analyze tests.
- Audit friction points, propose fixes, implement tests.
- Design, launch, analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging.
- Ensure tracking, data integrity, learning compounds.
- Explore and scale acquisition channels; overview paid social, identify new channels.
- Act as client of Content Factory, analyze performance, brief content team.
- Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral).
- Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, expansion.
- Manage Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM); lead, train, hire, remove if necessary.
- Align with sales team – focus on high‑intent leads, adjust targeting, stop low‑quality campaigns.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product.
- Track record of designing, implementing, scaling A/B and multivariate tests resulting in measurable revenue or conversion improvements.
- Fluent in French (Native/Bilingual) and English (fluent).
