Head of Employee & Labor Relations – France & Global

ERAMET is seeking a Head of Employee & Labor Relations to lead the social dialogue across multiple entities in France. The successful candidate will define the employee relations strategy, oversee collective bargaining negotiations, and work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws.

This role demands a Master's degree and considerable experience in labor relations, coupled with strong diplomacy and active listening skills.
