Global Physical Security Manager (DC & Offices)H/F/N

The Security Department brings together cross-functional teams working to ensure the security of OVHcloud systems, whether on a cyber or physical level. Within the "Defense & Security" team, you will define, implement, and lead the physical security strategy for OVHcloud sites worldwide in collaboration with risk analysis and regulatory requirements, in order to protect infrastructures, equipment, data, and people.

Your main responsibilities

• Define the physical security policy for the company's sites (datacenters, offices, coworking spaces, etc.) in line with business, regulatory, and cyber challenges
• Develop frameworks, procedures, and security standards applicable to all sites
• Ensure regulatory, normative, and technological monitoring (threats, devices, best practices)
• Validate the security architecture for new sites and extension projects and drive the transformation of existing sites
• Organize and supervise penetration tests and crisis exercises
• Contribute to risk analyses and lead risk treatment plans, in coordination with the dedicated team
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery plans within the physical security scope
• Lead crisis situations and manage security incidents

In 6 months

• You will have grasped the complexity of our global infrastructures and the regulatory specificities related to our sensitive activities.
• You will have conducted an audit of existing frameworks and identified areas for improvement to standardize physical security across all our geographical zones.
• You will have become the key point of contact for datacenter extension projects, validating the initial security architecture designs.

In 1 year

• You will have deployed the new security standards across our strategic sites and supervised the first large-scale crisis exercises.
• You will have optimized the management of electronic security systems on a global scale, ensuring optimal responsiveness to incidents.
• You will have consolidated the physical security culture within the group, creating a strong synergy with the cybersecurity teams.

Must Have

• You have over 8 years of experience in physical security, ideally in an industrial environment or on critical infrastructures (LPM, ZRR).
• You possess proven expertise in industrial security and mastery of electronic security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS).
• You are proficient in conducting security risk analyses and managing associated treatment plans.
• You are capable of managing cross-functional projects in an international and multicultural context.
• You speak English fluently to interact with our sites abroad.
• You understand the global challenges of information security, cybersecurity, and sovereignty.

Nice to Have

• You have a ministerial background (Defense, Interior) or have worked within a central administration.
