Mission

• Act as the primary contact for shareholders to secure and safeguard their rental income, preserve their assets and optimise and value their portfolio.
• Maintain contact with tenants and support them throughout the duration of their lease.
• Handle the full suite of accounting functions associated with the properties under your responsibility: rent invoicing and payment reminders, rent revaluation, charge reconciliation, tenant account statements, security‑deposit returns, management reports, supplier payment, assistance with tax filings and other related tasks.
• Protect the interests of landlords through thorough tenant‑file checks, monitoring potential defaults, managing debt recovery, and implementing and monitoring rent‑guarantee services.
• Ensure that the tenant’s renting process, from the initial steps to the return of the keys, is carried out in strict compliance with the law.
• Manage technical, legal and human aspects to guarantee the durability of the entrusted properties: incident handling, work monitoring, mandatory contract oversight, assessment of compliance with decency‑housing obligations, liaison with local craftsmen, planning advisory visits, and supporting landlords in the relocation process and tenants during move‑out inspections.
• Enhance the value of landlords’ assets through contract drafting, regular updates on rental situations and real‑estate news, and fiscal optimisation advice.
