Financial Manager

As Financial Manager, you drive the performance of structural and technological costs, produce reliable consolidated reporting, and secure the company’s cash flow, acting as a key business partner across business, tech, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize structural costs (G&A) . Build, track and challenge budgets and forecasts for central functions, implement monthly analyses, and propose concrete efficiency action plans.
• Drive Tech/Product/Marketing costs . Manage Tech OPEX and marketing expenses, track CAPEX files, maintain license inventory and lead renegotiations.
• Manage payroll costs with HR . Track payroll, analyse variances and forecast personnel expenses in close cooperation with HR.
• Produce consolidated reporting . Coordinate the monthly package (P&L, OPEX, headcount, CAPEX, KPIs), ensure data consistency, industrialise reporting (Power BI, Looker, automation) and submit to the consolidation tool.
• Drive cash flow and working capital . Build cash forecasts, analyse variance, model scenarios and flag concerns before they become problems.
• Be a business partner . Lead performance reviews with tech, product, marketing, G&A and management teams, offering clear financial insight that drives action.
• Manage and develop the team . Supervise and develop a junior analyst/controller, prioritise work, support skills development and document processes (SOPs, calendars, templates).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in a tech/scale‑up/international environment.
• Strong appetite for cost management and optimisation, especially on a significant engineering scope.
• Ability to challenge operational choices and collaborate with support and engineering teams.
• Solid mastery of P&L, cash, consolidation, analysis, forecasts and closings.
• Comfortable in a multi‑entity (≈6) and multi‑currency (EUR / USD) environment.
• Bilingual French/English.

Nice‑to‑have

• Background in audit, consulting or M&A with an internal consulting posture.
• Experience coordinating controllers and managing a junior profile.
• Interest in AI and automation.
• SQL skills.
• Rigor, business curiosity and a scale‑up mindset.
