We're seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to support the growth and transformation of our Consulting and Services teams. You'll become the commercial referent for service delivery , responsible for developing service proposals for transformation programs across our PLM and MOM technologies on medium to large-scale engagements with significant Cloud/SaaS transformation strategies. You'll ensure optimal customer experience from proposal development through final delivery while building lasting partnerships with our clients. Responsibilities
Build and develop business relationships within client accounts, driving the positioning and value of engagement to ensure a consistent and professional experience throughout projects
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify and manage engagement with all relevant external and internal partners
Develop service contracts by leveraging your commercial skills to ensure projects are delivered within time, budget, and quality objectives
Lead commercial negotiations of Services with clients in collaboration with Sales teams, establishing clear conditions for project implementation
Support the company's "Move to Cloud" strategy by building adapted service offers that meet evolving customer needs
Achieve assigned service order and margin targets on existing and new named accounts
Work with Service management to request and assign qualified resources to key project positions, ensuring proper organization for successful execution
Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Significant experience in establishing or delivering service offers for digitalization projects within service or software companies
Proven experience in managing partner ecosystems, including Value Added Resellers and System Integrators
Experience in leading teams within a service organization
Deep knowledge of the PLM, CAD, MOM, ERP market and other industrial software landscapes
Strong understanding of customer processes in product development, production, and maintenance
Familiarity with software deployment and service delivery strategies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.)
Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills
Ability to build relationships, persuade, and influence at all levels
Adaptable and flexible mindset with quick response to evolving requirements
Nice to have
Knowledge of Teamcenter, Opcenter, or Polarion
Experience in SaaS and subscription-based business models
Background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs
