Position: EMEA eCommerce Marketing and Content Director

Role Overview

Lead the development and execution of the regional eCommerce marketing strategy, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all digital channels and core capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the vision for eCommerce growth, shaping strategy and ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs.
• Own and expand the end‑to‑end content strategy, ensuring assets meet brand guidelines and support business goals.
• Drive demand‑generation activities across channels, orchestrating digital marketing campaigns and managing substantial budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison with local marketing leaders, aligning on execution and fostering collaboration between local and central teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, training and coaching teams to advance digital maturity.
• Partner with Brand, Media, Influencer and Agency functions to integrate content and marketing strategies across touchpoints.
• Continuously test new levers (AI, automation), analyze market trends, and embed innovation and continuous improvement in the culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, or Omnichannel roles.
• Deep experience with digital content and retail media.
• Strong understanding of marketplace economics.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects across technology, marketing and operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and performance orientation.
• International experience in distributor‑heavy environments preferred.
• Fluency in English.
