About the Team
Our Creator & Influencer Strategy Manager works closely with the Head of Creator Strategy and collaborates with specialists in Marketing, A&R, and Artist Relations.
Your Role
Creator & Influencer Strategy Manager is the hands‑on architect of digital influence, responsible for the creative execution and performance of our campaigns. The role blends high‑level strategy with technical execution, managing creator relationships and optimizing real‑time content performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key creators and influencer partners to deliver impactful campaigns that amplify artist reach.
- Support the Head of Creator Strategy in developing and executing cutting‑edge content and influencer strategies.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of high‑quality, platform‑specific content that aligns with artist brands.
- Collaborate closely with artists and their management to ensure content initiatives reflect their unique vision.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and drive fan engagement.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, A&R, and Press teams to integrate campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
- Identify content opportunities within artist schedules, including releases, tours, and key cultural moments.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices across creator platforms and share insights with the wider team.
- Coordinate content production, including briefs, shoots, and platform‑specific optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working with content creators and managing influencer partnerships.
- Proven ability to execute multi‑faced content and influencer campaigns from start to finish.
- A passion for staying at the forefront of digital platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate the needs of artists and stakeholders.
- A data‑driven approach to tracking and optimizing content performance.
Preferred
- Leadership and people management skills with experience guiding creative teams.
- Technical proficiency in Photoshop and other image editing tools to keep content looking sharp.
- An innovation mindset with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders on new, bold digital ideas.
