Team

You’ll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for GenZ, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friend‑finding and flirting chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with like‑minded peers in an authentic, pressure‑free environment.

Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive consumption, Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers. As a member of a high‑performing team of 20, you’ll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz, fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity.

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for Wizz and play a central role in helping turn it into a global sensation.

• Prioritize and drive creative production for Wizz based on product and user acquisition strategy
• Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
• Lead up to 4 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density
• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams
• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.

Profile

• You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
• You have a track record of managing 3+ people in a creative field
• You’ve successfully led high‑impact projects
• You speak and write English fluently (Being fluent in French is a huge plus)
• You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
