Coordinateur Cabine A350 (h/f)
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an A350 Cabin Interface Coordinator (FAL) (m/f) to join the A350 Cabin FAL interface team in Toulouse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the conductor for closing out unfinished supplier work from the start of the FAL through to aircraft delivery.
- Ensure the successful passage of Quality Gates (QG) while meeting strict “on time & on quality” requirements.
- Manage supplier “On Site Support” (OSS) operations to ensure rapid response and resolution of issues on the assembly line.
- Analyze root causes of recurring anomalies and collaborate with support functions (Quality, Procurement) to eliminate manufacturing defects.
- Represent POCPK in performance reviews and report on deliverables to internal FAL customers (FCO, FCM).
Qualifications
- Background in Engineering, Industrial Production, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience (ideally 3 to 5 years) in a complex industrial environment, preferably within an aircraft FAL or supplier management role.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain fundamentals, industrial quality standards, Root Cause Analysis, and product risk management.
- Influencing skills, excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and high reactivity in a fast-paced production environment.
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
